I started at Azeus Convene as a content producer but quickly moved on to managing website builds and creative direction with graphic designers and copywriters because of my experience in design and coding. My business training helped me create campaigns that started conversations and set us apart from the competition with podcasts, social media posts, infographics, and videos. I also implemented a CRM system with exemplary data input practices. I repositioned our product and brand when I realised that our competition had much larger budgets. We went after a smaller number of MQLs, that were better qualified and had a high conversion rate to revenue.
B2B sales can be tough, but with the right brand positioning, creative strategy and insight from sales, there is so much one can achieve while giving value to the customer.
